I have already activated many boxes but via the Somfy-Connect website. Will these boxes be displayed in the Serv-e-Go tool as well?




Boxes activated via the Somfy-Connect website are not assigned to your professional account, so they will not be displayed automatically in the Serv-e-go tool.

Nevertheless, it is still possible to assign these boxes to your professional account even after the activation by the customer. You can assign this box to your professional account directly in the Serv-e-go tool, or by contacting Somfy support. You will need to provide the name your customer and the PIN-code of the TaHoma.
