How do I reset my Somfy gateway?
For TaHoma V1 and V2, Connexoon, TaHoma Din Rail V1 and V2, Connectivity kit and TaHoma switch:
- You are moving out of your house but want to leave your connected solution to the new owners: by contacting the customer support, you can partially reset your gateway : your account is detached, scenes, automations and rooms are deleted but products remain paired.
- You want to sell your connected gateway: by contacting the customer support, you can fully reset your gateway : your account is detached, scenes, automations, products and all other information are deleted.
The "Full reset" button will not be available for TaHoma V1 as their activation will not be possible anymore.
